Changing the workplace for women changes the world.
Women leaders are elevating workplace culture, performance, and profitability. It’s time to make work…work for women.

When I was the CFO of a $35 million company, I experienced some severe impostor syndrome and eventually burned out. I made it mean ‘I wasn't good enough,’ when I should have recognized that the workplace—double standards and unfair expectations—didn’t work for me and was an outsized source of my burnout, work-life imbalance, and limiting beliefs.
Making work…work for women.
Today, as the Creator of #thefaxx, I track the outsized impact of women’s leadership on business culture, profits, and productivity. The workplace needs women, and we need the workplace to support us. We can’t change the status quo overnight, but we can better manage its impact on our well-being and time.
My retreats and webinars provide a framework for strategic self-care with exercises that draw from your experiences that produce personalized rinse-and-repeat strategies that will help you successfully navigate three areas that traditionally hold us from leading to our full potential–limiting beliefs, burnout, and lack of female-centric support. We work in a validated community of like-minded women with similar aspirations and commitment to personal groeth..

The Feminist Wellness Executive Leadership Retreat
The Feminist Wellness Executive Leadership Retreat is a unique mix of revitalizing and strategic self-care for women leaders experiencing burnout, limiting beliefs, and work-life imbalance. The three-day experience offers ample time for rest and rejuvenation, interspersed with interactive sessions that offer fresh perspectives through an empowering feminist lens and impactful rinse and repeat tools to take back to enhance your life and leadership.
-
Seventy-seven percent of women leaders report that they are nearing total burnout. Instead of feeling like we have it all, many of us find ourselves doing it all. We are placing as much pressure on ourselves as society’s expectations, and we often handle it on our own. It’s time for a change.
-
Feminist wellness acknowledges that unrealistic expectations we experience at work and home, the invalidating narratives in our culture, and internalized expectations and self-judgment impact a woman’s—your—well-being. Why don’t we include this as part of our self-care? Feminist wellness includes this aspect of care as part of your overall holistic self-care.
-
This retreat provides women executive leaders afternoons filled with traditional remedies for rest and rejuvenation, from massages to pool time, and interactive morning sessions of impactful strategic self-care focused on work-life imbalance, burnout, and limiting beliefs through a feminist lens to enhance your leadership and mental and emotional well-being.
