I’m a champion for women leaders + changemakers.
Here’s why.
When I became the CFO of a $35 million company, I worked 70 hours a week. About 50 of those hours were dedicated to work, and the remaining 20 were spent second-guessing myself, dealing with fear and panic attacks, and worrying that I wasn't good enough. I often felt like someone would soon uncover that I was an imposter. Sadly, the imposter syndrome overshadowed my success for a long time, leaving me feeling burnt out. Eventually, I decided to leave the corporate world altogether.
Fortunately, I found and enrolled in a Master’s program in Social Entrepreneurship + Change. During the program, I learned that women play a crucial role in addressing significant social issues and creating inclusive, innovative solutions. I began documenting this and later launched a blog called #thefaxx, showing the power of women’s leadership.
This newfound knowledge motivated me to overcome my imposter syndrome and focus on making positive changes in the world. I developed feminist wellness programs to empower and inspire individual women to do the same, so they can make the unique change they are capable of making in the world.
What is Feminist Wellness?

Holistic Health: Feminist wellness acknowledges the importance of not only physical and emotional but also social well-being, as a equally important aspect of self-care.
Self-empowerment: Raising self-awareness and confidence through Feminist Wellness enables women to advocate for themselves and make decisions that empower their work-life balance and well-being.
Intersectionality: Feminist Wellness addresses the complexity of how identities like race, gender, sexuality, and socioeconomic status intersect and influence health and wellness as well as access to wellness.
Community: Feminist Wellness recognizes the community's role in providing support, shared resources, and the promotion of collective growth.
Personal growth: Feminist Wellness empowers individual women to explore their potential by fostering a framework of continuous learning to support quality of life and the realization of dreams, goals and aspirations.
Self-Care: Feminist Wellness emphasizes prioritizing your own needs as an act of self-preservation from norms that devalue them and your role as a change agent.
